Customer Experience
We want every donation to be an experience of "joy and confidence." With PhaJay, donors can contribute using any banking app. Meanwhile, the Real-time Dashboard allows SOS to track every donation transparently and accurately to support children in SOS families so they can grow up with love and safety.

Every scan helps support 805 children being raised within SOS families and another 365 children supported through various community programs.
Increased Adoption
In 2025, we strengthened 163 households and helped 226 children access education. Easier donation via PhaJay is a key factor in helping over 1,600 young people complete their education and become self-reliant in society.
Future Plans
We aim to create a digital giving community where everyone can closely monitor the results of their donations. We are developing a Recurring Donation system to ensure children have long-term funding for education and nutrition, and expanding our reach to remote communities using financial technology to improve the quality of life for Lao children nationwide.
